Trustmark Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results

JACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trustmark Corporation (NASDAQGS: TRMK) reported net income of $56.8 million in the third quarter of 2025, representing diluted earnings per share of $0.94. Trustmarks performance during the third quarter produced a return on average tangible equity of 12.84% and a return on average assets of 1.21%. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share payable December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2025.
