Avadel Pharmaceuticals and Jazz Pharmaceuticals Reach Global Settlement
October 22, 2025 6:30 AM EDTDUBLIN, Oct. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: AVDL), a biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming medicines to transform lives, today announced the global settlement of all litigation with Jazz Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Jazz).
Under the primary terms of the settlement agreement, Avadel and Jazz will dismiss their respective lawsuits with prejudice. Furthermore, Jazz agrees to grant Avadel the following:
