Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc. Announces Increase in Semi-Annual Cash Dividend

GOUVERNEUR, N.Y., Oct. 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB Marketplace: GOVB) (the Company), the holding company for Gouverneur Savings and Loan Association (the Bank), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, which represents an increase from the Companys previous semi-annual cash dividend of $0.08 per common share paid in May 2025. The dividend will be paid on or about November 17, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 3, 2025.
