Matador Resources Company Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 15, 2025 4:15 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (Matador or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors amended the Companys dividend policy. Pursuant to the new policy, the Company intends to pay cash dividends on its common stock of $0.375 per share per quarter, or $1.50 per share per year, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025, which is a 20% increase from its prior policy of $0.3125 per share per quarter, or $1.25 per share per year.
