October 1, 2025 11:05 AM EDTNEEDHAM, Mass, Oct. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- McKinley Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MKLYU) (the Company) announced today that, commencing October 2, 2025, holders of the units sold in the Companys initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Companys Class A ordinary shares and rights included in the units.
