Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. Prices Public Company Offering of $300 Million 5.750% Unsecured Notes Due 2031
September 30, 2025 5:01 PM EDTNEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (Nasdaq: CGBD) (the Company) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.750% unsecured notes due 2031 (the Notes). The Notes will mature on February 15, 2031 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at the Companys option at the applicable redemption price. The offering is expected to close on October 7, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
