Babcock & Wilcox Announces New Debt Repurchase Authorization
August 27, 2025 6:30 AM EDTAKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (B&W or the Company) (NYSE: BW) announced today that on August 21, 2025, our Board of Directors authorized us to repurchase up to the remaining outstanding principal amounts of each of our outstanding 8.125% Senior Notes due 2026 (the February 2026 Notes) and 6.50% Senior Notes due 2026 (the December 2026 Notes and, together with the February 2026 Notes, the Notes).
