NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. Announces Special Cash Dividend
August 21, 2025 2:00 PM EDTWHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Aug. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) (NasdaqCM: NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its outstanding common stock. The special cash dividend will be paid on or about October 6, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2025.
