Diamondback Energy, Inc.’s Subsidiary Viper Energy, Inc. Closes Acquisition of Sitio Royalties
August 19, 2025 7:00 AM EDTMIDLAND, Texas, Aug. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diamondback Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FANG) (Diamondback or the Company) today announced that its publicly traded subsidiary, Viper Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNOM) (Viper), has closed its previously announced acquisition of Sitio Royalties Corp. (Sitio). Additionally, the Company announced revised Q3 2025 production guidance to give effect to the closing of the Sitio acquisition.
