August 15, 2025 4:15 PM EDTMUNSTER, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Finward Bancorp (Nasdaq: FNWD) (the Bancorp or Finward), the holding company for Peoples Bank (the Bank), today announced that on August 15, 2025 the Board of Directors of Finward declared a dividend of $0.12 per share on Finwards common stock payable on September 12, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2025.
