Momentus Announces a Warrant Inducement Transaction for $2.7 Million in Gross Proceeds

(NASDAQ: MNTS) ("Momentus" or the "Company"), a leading U.S. commercial space firm specializing in satellite solutions, in-space transportation, and orbital infrastructure, today announced its entry into a warrant inducement agreement with an existing institutional investor of the Company for the immediate exercise of (i) the October 2024 warrants to purchase up to 357,143 shares of common stock, (ii) the December 2024 warrants to purchase up to 800,000 shares of common stock, and (iii) the February 2025 warrants to purchase up to 1,273,886 shares of common stock, for a total of 2,431,029 warrants...
