RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI) today reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. In connection with a likely sale of the Companys Products & Healthcare Services segment, the results herein, unless otherwise noted, reflect the Companys continuing operations which primarily represent what was previously the Patient Direct segment and certain functional operations.
