July 24, 2025 7:30 AM EDTGREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Acceptance Corporation (NASDAQ:Â WRLD) today reported financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2026.
First fiscal quarter highlights
During its first fiscal quarter, World Acceptance Corporation grew outstanding loans by $38.7 million from March 31, 2025, compared to a slight decrease in outstanding loans in the first quarter of the prior year. Total delinquency on a recency basis decreased $15.9 million as compared to June 30, 2024, with loans 61 days or more past due on a recency basis decreasing $3.4 million compared to June 30, 2024, and $5.6 million compared to March 31, 2025.
