Bank of America raises dividend 8% and approves $40 billion buyback plan
July 23, 2025 4:15 PM EDTBank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) announced its board of directors approved an 8% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.28 per share, up from $0.26 in the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 5, 2025.
