Sales of $5.7 billion, up 57% in U.S. dollars and 41% organically compared to the second quarter of 2024 GAAP Diluted EPS of $0.86, up 110% compared to prior year Adjusted Diluted EPS of $0.81, up 84% compared to prior year GAAP and Adjusted Operating Margin of 25.1% and 25.6%, respectively Operating and Free Cash Flow of $1.4 billion and $1.1 billion, respectively Acquired Narda-MITEQ in MayWALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) today reported record second quarter 2025 results.
