Cummins Inc. Increases Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
July 15, 2025 4:15 PM EDTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today approved an increase in the companys quarterly common stock cash dividend of approximately 10% from 1.82 dollars per share to 2.00 dollars per share. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2025, to shareholders of record on August 22, 2025. Cummins has increased the quarterly common stock dividend to shareholders for 16 consecutive years.
