Morgan Stanley Reiterates Overweight Rating on Autodesk (ADSK), 'Would Autodesk Acquire PTC?'
July 10, 2025 7:45 AM EDTMorgan Stanley analyst Elizabeth Porter reiterated an Overweight rating and $370.00 price target on Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK).
The analyst comments "Assessing the Reported PTC Deal Against Autodesk's Strategy. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Autodesk may be considering an acquisition of engineering software firm PTC (see here). Interesting assets at PTC (not covered) could present a strategic benefit to Autodesk going deeper into manufacturing software.
