EAST AURORA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems, today announced the acquisition of COTSWORKS Inc., an aerospace and defense fiber optics transceiver component manufacturer, for a purchase price of $63 million. The transaction is subject to customary purchase price adjustments and was paid using a combination of cash and shares of the Companys Class A common stock.
