Canaccord on Rivian (RIVN): 'we believe Rivian has a unique, timely opportunity to push forward, pull ahead of the non-Tesla pack'
July 2, 2025 4:37 PM EDTCanaccord Genuity analyst George Gianarikas reiterated a Buy rating and $23.00 price target on Rivian Automotive Inc (NASDAQ: RIVN).
The analyst comments "In a good way, the 2Q25 delivery announcement was a non-event; in line with a reaffirmation of 2025 delivery guidance. Notably, Rivian also confirmed that it received another scheduled cash infusion from VW as part of their JV; a $1 billion equity investment from Volkswagen Group at an effective price of $19.42, which represents a 33% premium to the $14.56 30-trading day volume-weighted average stock price.
