SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jack in the Box Inc. (NASDAQ: JACK) (the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) unanimously adopted a limited-duration stockholder rights plan (the Rights Plan) to protect the interests of all stockholders.
