Volt Lithium Announces Approval of Name Change to LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. and New Trading Symbol
June 26, 2025 8:15 AM EDTCALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Volt Lithium Corp. (TSXV: VLT) (the Company) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of June 18, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange (the TSXV) has approved the Companys name change from Volt Lithium Corp. to LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. The Company will also change its trading symbol from VLT to LIB on the TSXV. The effective date on which the Company will begin trading under the new name, symbol and CUSIP number is June 26, 2025.
