June 24, 2025 4:30 PM EDTARCHBOLD, Ohio, June 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of F&M Bank, with total assets of $3.39 billion at March 31, 2025, today announced that it has approved the Companys quarterly cash dividend of $0.22125 per share. The second-quarter dividend is payable on July 20, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2025. Â
