The analyst comments "Reiterating UW; FCF to go next We recently flagged Q2 deliveries aren't showing signs of recovery. June will need a >50% m/m jump in deliveries to meet consensus deliveries of 411K. We anticipate lower leverage on deliveries will impede on margin.
