June 12, 2025 9:00 AM EDTVIENNA, Va., June 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Castellum, Inc. (the Company and Castellum) (NYSE-American: CTM), a cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software services company focused on the federal government, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 4,166,667 Units at a public offering price of $1.20 per Unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock.
