AMPHENOL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PRICING OF EURO-DENOMINATED SENIOR NOTES OFFERING
June 11, 2025 4:32 PM EDTWALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) (the Company) announced today the pricing of its offering of 600 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the Euro Notes). The Euro Notes will have an interest rate of 3.125% per annum. The closing of the offering of Euro Notes (the Euro Notes Offering) is expected to occur on June 16, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
