Exicure, Inc. Received Nasdaq Delinquency Notice on Late Filing of its Form 10-Q
May 28, 2025 4:58 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Exicure, Inc. (Exicure or the Company) (Nasdaq: XCUR), announced today it received a notice of non-compliance from Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) on May 21, 2025 notifying the Company that, as a result of the Companys failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q by May 20, 2025 for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2025 (the Form 10-Q), the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the Rule), which requires listed companies to timely file all periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).
