Alpine Income Property Trust Declares Dividend for the Second Quarter 2025
May 27, 2025 4:05 PM EDTWINTER PARK, Fla., May 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PINE) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.285 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2025 (the Common Stock Cash Dividend).
The Common Stock Cash Dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 7.7% based on the closing price of the Companys common stock on May 23, 2025.
