REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio, May 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Victorias Secret & Co. (VS&Co or the Company) (NYSE: VSCO) today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) has approved the adoption of a limited-duration shareholder rights plan (Rights Plan) to protect the best interests of all VS&Co shareholders.
