Independence Realty Trust Increases Quarterly Dividend by 6%
May 14, 2025 4:30 PM EDTPHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) (IRT) announces that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share of IRT common stock, which represents a 6.3% increase over the prior quarterly rate of $0.16 per share. The second quarter 2025 dividend is payable on July 18, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 27, 2025.
