Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation Announces Increased Dividend
May 14, 2025 1:00 PM EDTALTAVISTA, Va., May 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (Pinnacle or the Company) (OTCQX: PPBN), the one-bank holding company for First National Bank (the Bank), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per share on May 13, 2025, payable June 6, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 23, 2025.
The $0.26 per share cash dividend is an increase of $0.01, or 4%, as compared to the $0.25 paid last quarter and marks the fifty-first consecutive quarter that a dividend has been declared.
