Sol-Gel Announces Reverse Share Split
May 1, 2025 7:00 AM EDTNESS ZIONA, Israel, May 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. (the Company) (NASDAQ: SLGL), a clinical-stage dermatology company, today announced a reverse share split (the Reverse Split) of the Companys issued and outstanding ordinary shares, par value NIS 0.1 per share (the Ordinary Shares), at the ratio of 10-for-1, such that each ten (10) Ordinary Shares shall be consolidated into one (1) Ordinary Share.
