Urban Edge Properties Reports First Quarter 2025 Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) (the "Company") today announced its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

"Urban Edge delivered a great first quarter with FFO as Adjusted increasing by 6.0% and same-property NOI increasing by 3.8% over the first quarter of last year, said Jeff Olson, Chairman and CEO.
