April 24, 2025 5:01 PM EDTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of NewMarket Corporation (NYSE: NEU) declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $2.75 per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend is payable July 1, 2025, to NewMarket shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2025.
