Oblong Announces Authorization of Stock Buyback Program
April 22, 2025 9:00 AM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oblong, Inc. (Nasdaq: OBLG) (Oblong or the Company), announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock buyback program (the Program) to repurchase up to $500,000 of the Companys common stock.
With approximately 1.1 million shares of common stock outstanding, the Program could enable the Company to repurchase up to approximately 25% of its shares at current market prices, reflecting managements strong belief that the stock is undervalued.
