Harvard Bioscience Announces CFO Transition
April 10, 2025 4:45 PM EDTHOLLISTON, Mass., April 10, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Harvard Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBIO) (the Company) today announced the resignation of Jennifer Cote, the Companys Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Ms. Cotes resignation will be effective upon the filing of the Companys Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed on or before May 12, 2025. The Company has appointed Mark Frost as its Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective upon Ms. Cotes resignation.
