Watsco Declares $3.00 Quarterly Dividend, Reflects 11% Increase to an Annual Rate of $12.00 Per Share
April 1, 2025 7:30 AM EDTMIAMI, April 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Watsco, Inc.s (NYSE: WSO) Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $3.00 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock payable on April 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2025. This marks an 11% increase to an annual rate of $12.00 per share.
