HUB Announces Reverse Share Split

(Nasdaq: HUBC) (HUB Security or the Company), a global leader in confidential computing and secured data fabric technology, today announced a 1-for-10 reverse share split of its ordinary shares, no par value per share (the Ordinary Shares).
