IGI Declares Extraordinary Cash Dividend and Regular Ordinary Common Share Dividend

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. (IGI or the Company) (NASDAQ: IGIC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.85 per common share for the period October 1, 2024 December 31, 2024, in addition to the Companys regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.025 per share.

The extraordinary dividend plus the regular quarterly dividend, totaling $0.875, is payable on April 22, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 4, 2025.
