Bread Financial Announces Approval of $150 Million Share Repurchase Program

(NYSE: BFH) (Bread Financial or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) has authorized a new plan to repurchase up to $150 million of shares of its common stock. There is no expiration date for the repurchase plan.
