Humana Prices $1.25 Billion Debt Offering
March 3, 2025 8:15 PM ESTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Humana Inc. (the company) (NYSE: HUM) announced today that it has priced a public offering of $1.25 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. These senior notes are comprised of $750 million of the companys 5.550 percent senior notes, due 2035, at 99.885 percent of the principal amount and $500 million of the companys 6.000 percent senior notes, due 2055, at 98.951 percent of the principal amount (collectively, the Senior Notes Offerings). The Senior Notes Offerings are expected to close on March 5, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
