Arbutus Announces Changes to Board of Directors and Appointment of Lindsay Androski as CEO
February 25, 2025 7:00 AM ESTWARMINSTER, Pa., Feb. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Â Arbutus Biopharma Corporation (Nasdaq: ABUS) (Arbutus or the Company), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on infectious disease, today announced changes to its board of directors and the appointment of Lindsay Androski, J.D., M.B.A., as Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Androski replaces Michael J. McElhaugh, the Companys Interim President and CEO, effective immediately. Ms. Androski will also serve as a member of the Companys board of directors.
