(Pearsanta), has engaged Dominari Securities LLC as lead underwriter for Pearsantas planned initial public offering (IPO). The proposed IPO, advised by Dominari Securities, is intended to support Pearsantas U.S. and international commercial launch efforts and further advance its Mitomic® Technology platform for early cancer detection and diagnosis.
