Lincoln Electric Elects N. Joy Falotico to Its Board of Directors
February 20, 2025 7:30 AM ESTCLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq: LECO) today announced that N. Joy Falotico, former President of The Lincoln Motor Company, a division of Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F), has been elected to Lincoln Electric's Board of Directors, effective February 19, 2025. She will serve as a member of the Audit and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Faloticos appointment expands Lincoln Electric's Board to 12 directors, 11 of whom are independent, non-employee directors.
