Cummins Inc. Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
February 11, 2025 4:15 PM ESTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of one dollar and eighty-two cents ($1.82) per share. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2025, to shareholders of record on February 21, 2025.
