Magnolia Oil & Gas Announces 15 Percent Dividend Increase
February 3, 2025 7:00 AM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Magnolia Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE: MGY) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, and a cash distribution of $0.15 per Class B unit, payable on March 3, 2025, to shareholders of record as of February 14, 2025. Todays announcement represents a 15 percent increase to Magnolias quarterly dividend rate and provides an annualized dividend of $0.60 per share.
