Viper Energy Launches Offering of Class A Common Stock
January 30, 2025 4:27 PM ESTMIDLAND, Texas, Jan. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNOM) (Viper) announced today the launch of an underwritten public offering of 22,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, subject to market and other conditions (the Primary Offering). The underwriters will have an option to purchase up to an additional 3,300,000 shares of Class A common stock from Viper in the Primary Offering.
