NOG Declares $0.45 Quarterly Cash Dividend, 12.5% Increase Year over Year; Provides Update on Share Repurchases
January 28, 2025 4:15 PM ESTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) (NOG or the Company) declared its first quarter common stock dividend and provided an update regarding fourth quarter share repurchases.
DIVIDEND DECLARATION
NOGs Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.45 per share for the first quarter of 2025, representing a 12.5% increase year over year and a 7% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2025.
