MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) announced today that Courtney Kelso will be joining the company as senior executive vice president and head of Payments: Consumer and Small Business (PCS) effective Feb. 3.
