TriMas Announces Leadership Transition Plan
January 6, 2025 8:00 AM ESTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) today announced that the Board of Directors and Thomas Amato have agreed that Mr. Amato will transition from the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board has initiated a comprehensive search process with the assistance of Spencer Stuart, a nationally-recognized executive search firm, to identify a successor.
