Watsco Declares $2.70 Quarterly Dividend
January 2, 2025 7:30 AM ESTMIAMI, Jan. 02, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Watsco, Inc.s (NYSE: WSO) Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $2.70 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock payable on January 31, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2025.
Watsco has paid dividends to shareholders for 51 consecutive years. The Companys philosophy is to share cash flow through dividends while maintaining a conservative balance sheet with continued capacity to build its distribution network.
